Refund & Returns Policy

At Durian Lah, we take great pride in delivering the freshest Malaysian durian direct to Melbourne. Because we deal with a highly perishable product that is air freighted weekly, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and collected.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


No Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your order has been placed. This applies to all products including Musang King, Black Thorn and D24 XO.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.


No Returns Due to the perishable nature of fresh durian, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. All durian leaves our warehouse fresh and in excellent condition — once collected, we are unable to take it back.


Pre-Order Cancellations As our durian is sourced and air freighted from Malaysia based on confirmed orders, we are unable to cancel orders once the Tuesday midnight cutoff has passed.

If you need to cancel your order before the cutoff, please contact us immediately at hello@durianlah.com.au and we will do our best to assist.


Missed Pickup If you are unable to collect your order on your chosen Saturday, please contact us in advance. Uncollected orders will not be refunded as the product is perishable and cannot be held beyond collection day.


If Your Order Arrives in Poor Condition While we take every care to ensure your durian arrives fresh and in perfect condition, if there is a genuine quality issue with your order please contact us within 2 hours of collection at hello@durianlah.com.au with:

- Your order number
- A photo of the product

We will review each case individually and at our discretion may offer a partial credit towards a future order. This is assessed on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed.
