🧊 Orders & Shipments
How do pre-orders work?
Because we prioritise freshness, we operate on a shipment-based schedule. You place your order online to "reserve" your box from the upcoming harvest. Once the shipment arrives in Melbourne and clears customs, it is ready for collection.
How will I know when my durian arrives?
We send out alerts via our WhatsApp Channel and an automated email/SMS to all pre-order holders as soon as the batch is ready for pickup.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the perishable nature of durian and the complexity of air-freight logistics, all sales are final once the shipment has departed Malaysia. Changes to pickup dates are subject to availability.

Where and when can I pick up my order?
Our primary collection point is in our warehouse in QV Melbourne CBD, Bellfield & Vermont.
What if I can’t make it to the pickup window?
Durian is a fresh product. If you cannot collect during the window, please arrange for a friend to collect on your behalf. Uncollected orders will be moved to cold storage, but we cannot guarantee "peak freshness" for orders collected late.
🍈 Product & Quality
Is the durian fresh or frozen?
To ensure the best quality for the Melbourne market, our durians are tree-ripened, hand-selected, and then vacuum-sealed and chilled immediately (Never Frozen). This locks in the "farm-to-table" flavor and prevents the smell from leaking during transit.
How do I store my durian once I get home?
If you aren't eating it immediately:

Fridge: Keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Freezer: Can be stored for up to 2 months.
What is your "Quality Guarantee"?
We stand by our fruit. If you encounter a "stony" (unripe) or damaged segment, please take a clear photo immediately and contact us. We will review and provide a credit or replacement for your next order.
