Welcome to Durian Lah. By accessing our website at durianlah.com.au or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us Durian Lah is an online fresh durian retailer based in Melbourne, Australia. We source premium Malaysian durian and air freight it weekly to Melbourne for customer collection.

2. Placing an Order By placing an order on our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete
  • You have read and understood our pre-order process, including the Tuesday midnight order cutoff
  • You have selected a pickup location and date and commit to collecting your order on that date

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

3. Pre-Order Terms Durian Lah operates on a weekly pre-order basis. Orders are fulfilled once per week based on confirmed demand. By placing a pre-order you understand that:

  • Your durian will be available for collection on your chosen day only
  • Orders placed after Tuesday midnight will be scheduled for the following week's shipment
  • Quantities are limited each week and orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. Payment We accept payment via PayPal and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely. By submitting your payment details you authorise us to charge the full order amount. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

6. All orders are available for collection at our designated Melbourne pickup locations only. Collection dates are determined by the specific window selected at checkout or as stated in your order confirmation. It is your responsibility to:

  • Select the correct pickup location and date at checkout.

  • Collect your order during the designated timeframe for your chosen date.

  • Present your order confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

  • Provide valid photo identification if requested by our staff to verify your order.

  • Ensure the product is transported appropriately (e.g., in a cool bag) after collection to maintain quality.

Uncollected orders will not be refunded or held. Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh durian, any orders not collected during the specified pickup window will be forfeited. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.


7. Product Quality We take every care to ensure our durian is fresh, hand-selected and air freighted in optimal condition. However as a natural perishable product, minor variations in flavour, texture and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

If you have a genuine quality concern, please contact us within 2 hours of collection with your order number and photos. We will review each case at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property All content on durianlah.com.au including text, images, logos and product descriptions is owned by Durian Lah and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Durian Lah is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

10. Privacy Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it at durianlah.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
