Delivery Windows: Local deliveries are dispatched via GoPeople on arrival day as soon as our stock clears customs.

Live Tracking via SMS: The moment your fresh box leaves our sorting facility, GoPeople will automatically send a direct SMS to your phone containing a live tracking link. You will be able to see your courier's exact location on a map and their calculated real-time ETA.
Strict Freshness Policy (Please Read Before Ordering)
Because we use dry ice packets and chilled thermal insulation bubble wraps, our boxes are built to withstand transport, but they cannot sit exposed on a warm porch for hours.

Be Ready to Receive: Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address on dispatch day to accept the parcel and transfer the chilled takeaway boxes straight into a refrigerator (ideal storage temperature is 4°C).

Authority to Leave (ATL): If you are not home, our GoPeople runner will look for a secure, shaded spot out of direct sunlight to leave your insulated box. Durian Lah cannot accept liability for loss of flavor complexity or spoilage for packages left unattended outside.

Apartment Access: If your residence requires a secure intercom or gate swipe, you must leave specific instructions or gate codes in your cart notes at checkout. If a courier cannot gain access, your delivery may be delayed, risking the chilled temperature of your fresh durian.
