Shipping Policy

At Durian Lah we do not offer standard home delivery. All orders are fulfilled via customer pickup only at our Melbourne warehouse locations.
How It Works
Our durian is sourced fresh from Malaysia and air freighted to Melbourne once a week. Orders are fulfilled on a pre-order basis to ensure every customer receives the freshest product possible.
Order Cutoff All orders must be placed before Tuesday midnight to be included in that week's shipment. Orders placed after Tuesday midnight will automatically be scheduled for the following week.
Arrival Our durian arrives in Melbourne on Thursday or Friday each week, fresh from Malaysia and ready for Saturday collection.
Pickup Locations We currently offer two convenient pickup locations in Melbourne:
📍 Vermont Warehouse 11 Trade Place, Vermont VIC 3133 Collection day: Saturday only
📍 Epping Warehouse Address coming soon Collection day: Saturday only
Collection Day All orders are available for collection on Saturday only. Please ensure you:
- Select your preferred pickup location at checkout
- Collect your order on your chosen Saturday
- Bring your order confirmation email or display it on your phone
Durian is a highly perishable product. Orders not collected on Saturday cannot be held and will not be refunded.
Delivery We currently do not offer standard home delivery. All orders are collected in person from one of our warehouse locations.
However if you are planning a large quantity order — for an event, gathering or group buy — we may be able to arrange delivery for you. Please get in touch with us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
